The Return is a 6-day immersive experience designed for people who are constantly functioning, holding, and giving but rarely pausing.
This retreat is not about escaping your life. It is about creating space within it.
Through a carefully curated combination of Yoga, Conscious Breathwork, wellbeing workshops, creative practices, and intentional rest, you will regulate your nervous system, release accumulated tension, and reconnect with a deeper sense of clarity and presence.
Held in the natural beauty of Portugal, this week offers the conditions to slow down, recalibrate, and return to what truly matters, without pressure, without noise, without performance.
Whether you feel mentally overwhelmed, physically tense, or simply disconnected from yourself, The Return creates a structured and supportive space to come back to your center.

Set in a beautiful valley surrounded by nature, Aterra Eco Boutique is an ecological resort that offers an environment intentionally created to support rest and reconnection.
Surrounded by open landscapes, a natural lake, and a slower rhythm of life, the space invites you to step out of constant stimulation and into a more grounded, regulated state.
Aterra is located in São Teotónio – Odemira. It is accesible by car or train from both Lisboa and Faro Airports.
