We are Jess, Diana, and Holger, your dedicated guides on this journey of self-discovery and transformation. With years of collective experience in Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, and Mindfulness, we bring a holistic approach to help you pause, reconnect, and renew. Each of us has walked a unique path, exploring different cultures, healing practices, and personal challenges, that led us to create Puerto Espíritu as a space for self-discovery, healing, and authentic connection.

Hi, I’m Jess, from Hamburg. I’m a certified yoga instructor and Integrative Nutrition and Health Coach (@IIN) with a global perspective on wellness. My classes range from Hatha and Vinyasa to Yin and Yoga Nidra taught in studios, outdoors, on company and team building events, and even at dance festivals. In our retreats, I lead yoga sessions designed to help you reconnect with yourself, find balance, and cultivate inner strength. Additionally I also offer personalized health coaching focused on thyroid care, gluten-free and vegan nutrition as well as stress management.

My journey began when I left my traditional business career feeling drained and unfulfilled. In search of deeper meaning, I traveled the world and immersed myself in diverse cultures and ancient healing practices. During this transformative period, I completed intensive yoga teacher trainings in Ecuador and India (500h Yoga Alliance Certified) and participated in ceremonies that nurtured both body and soul. These experiences reshaped my life and now inspire me to create retreats and workshops that support your own path to healing and transformation.

Hola! I’m Diana, a Colombian living in Germany since 2017. My heart beats for good food, creative cooking, and the endless adventure of traveling and learning. After years immersed in the fast-paced worlds of banking and tech startups, I discovered that my true passions lay in embracing holistic wellbeing. This led me to become a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (@IIN), an Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultant, and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher. I founded The Mindfoodist—your guide to balance food, health and mind—to empower others on their journey to a happier, healthier life.

My journey toward self-discovery and healing began after experiencing a significant personal loss and struggling with persistent stomach issues caused by poor eating habits and stress. Embracing these challenges transformed my life, inspiring me to rebuild from within and share my insights with others. At our retreats and workshops, I’m excited to offer my knowledge and experience, ensuring that every aspect, from nourishing meals to mindful practices, supports your own inner journey.

Hi, I am Holger, a certified conscious breathwork instructor and nature therapist with a deep passion for holistic wellbeing, personal transformation, and reconnecting with nature. As a proficient cook specializing in plant-based and regional cuisines, I love experimenting with locally sourced ingredients. Combining these passions, I create meaningful retreat experiences, guiding breathwork and nature immersion while preparing nourishing, locally inspired meals to support deep self-connection and transformation.

My journey began when I left the corporate world in search of deeper meaning and a more authentic connection with myself. This path led me to Africa, where I began working as a conservationist. Immersed in the natural world, I started to rediscover a profound sense of belonging and purpose. Later, I lived with several Indigenous communities in South America, where I learned how to live in harmony with nature, understanding its rhythms, respecting its resources, and embracing its wisdom as a way of life. These experiences deeply shaped my perspective and reinforced my belief in the power of nature to heal and transform.

When I returned to Berlin, I discovered breathwork, which became a key tool in my own healing and self-development. Its profound impact inspired me to become a certified instructor and share this practice with others. At the same time, I delved into nature therapy, which harnesses the healing energy of the natural world to support personal growth, emotional processing, and overall wellbeing. In a retreat setting, breathwork and nature therapy beautifully complement each other, offering a space for deep self-connection, healing, and transformation.
