Our cancellation policy is strict and firm to ensure fairness and clarity for all participants. By booking a retreat with us, you agree to the following terms:

 

Multi-Day Retreats:

• The deposit fee (as defined for each Retreat) is non-refundable but may be transferred to a new participant found by the person canceling the booking.
  
  
• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the Retreat start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the full amount paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.
  
  
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the Retreat start date.
  
  
• If you choose to cancel, change, or opt out of any part of your Retreat experience, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

This is our general cancellation policy, but additional or specific conditions may apply for each individual Retreat. The official and binding cancellation terms will be provided to each participant after booking and must be signed before joining the Retreat.

We appreciate your understanding, as our Retreats require extensive planning and commitment.

 

Day Retreats:

The fee for a day retreat is non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person designated by you. You must inform us in advance with the new participant’s details.
